        2.   Booking & Services
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. Booking an               appointment confirms that you’ve reviewed and accepted our Studio Policies.

1. Cancellations & No-Shows
   Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    
   • Cancelling within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • No Call/No Show will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
   • Arriving 15 minutes late without prior contact will be considered a no-show.

1. Pricing & Payment
   All pricing is subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service. Discounts, promotions, and memberships cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

1. Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards

• Packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired sessions cannot be reinstated or refunded.
• All packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
   Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your physician for specific health concerns or conditions. Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or surgeries prior to your session.

   All content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Balanced Bodywork Studio LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

   We value your privacy. Personal information collected through our site or booking system is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
