Your comfort is always our priority. Please share preferences for pressure, lighting, music, temperature, or conversation—we’ll gladly adjust to create the best experience for you.

To secure your appointment we require a non refundable deposit of 50% with a credit card. This deposit will be applied to your payment at the end of the service. This fee will also go towards any no- shows or late cancellations. 

To ensure availability, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance. Online bookings can be made up to 2 hours before your desired time. Same-day appointments may be available upon availability.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete intake forms and relax before your session. Your full appointment time is not guaranteed if you are late.

1. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
    
   • Cancelling within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   • No Call/No Show will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
   • Arriving 15 minutes late without prior contact will be considered a no-show.

Inform us of medical conditions, surgeries, or allergies when booking so we can provide safe and effective care. Intake forms are required annually or after major health changes.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and submit a signed Minor Consent Waiver. Minors not receiving services must remain quiet and supervised.

Help us maintain a peaceful environment by silencing devices and speaking quietly. Please arrive clean and dressed in fresh clothing. Good hygiene enhances the experience for everyone.

We accept major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle and gift certificates. Gratuities are not included in service pricing but are always appreciated (15–30% is standard).

All services, packages, memberships, and gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please leave valuables at home. Balanced Bodywork Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health or safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or policy violations.

Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment responsibility, and possible legal action.

You will be professionally draped at all times. Only the area being treated will be uncovered. 

For Table Thai sessions, please wear flexible/stretchable clothing.

• Oil in Hair: Massage oils may come into contact with your hair—please bring a clip or tie if needed.

• Aromatherapy: Essential oils are used throughout the studio. We’ll do our best to accommodate sensitivities, but a fragrance-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

• Pricing: All prices listed on menus and the website are subject to change.
