Hey there!  I’m Tabitha Kepner, LMT

 and founder of Balanced Bodywork Studio.

 I believe in combining clinical skill with compassionate care

 to help clients heal, recharge, and create lasting balance in their lives.


I specialize in:

  • Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Bodywork:   for complex cases and long-term tension relief
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD):   Clinical aid for pre and post-operative care, actively reducing swelling and supporting recovery
  • Table Thai Massage:  Helps restore flexibility, energy flow, and balance
  • Relaxation & Stress Relief Sessions for those who simply need to unwind


My approach is simple: Every person's body is unique, and your session should reflect that. 

Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or carving out time for self-care, 

I create a personalized plan that meets you where you are.

Outside of the treatment room, I cherish time with my family and staying connected to what keeps me grounded, it’s the simple moments that bring balance to life.  

I believe true wellness comes from balance—nurturing both body and spirit through small, consistent steps that grow into long-term health.

Before Your Session

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and

take a breath before your treatment.

 I’ll briefly review your health history, goals, and any concerns so I can personalize your session for your body’s needs that day.


For Table Thai Massage, please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

During your session

Every massage is personalized—

whether your focus is deep tissue relief, post-op recovery, or simply creating space to relax. Enhancements like Cupping, Hot Stones, Peppermint Scalp Refresh, Graston, or CBD oil can be added to enrich your experience.


I’ll check in with you during the session, and you’re always welcome to share what feels best for your body.

After your session

Most clients leave feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. Mild soreness (especially after deeper therapeutic work) is normal and will ease within a day or two. Drinking water and allowing yourself a little extra rest helps support your results.


For long-term wellness, consistency is key—regular treatments give your body the best chance to stay balanced, resilient, and ready to heal itself.

A body in balance has the power to heal itself. With the right care, consistency, and intention, we give the body the tools it needs to restore, recover, and thrive.
